• Tips for dry hairs

    Taking good care of your hair, eating a healthy diet, using quality hair care products meant for your hair type and using some over-the-counter conditioners can prevent it from drying out. Plus, there are many simple home remedies that can help treat dry hair and restore its health and shine.Following homemade tips are use to treat dry hairs and turn them healthy :

      1. Olive Oil

    Olive oil is the most popular home remedy for dry hair. The rich vitamin E and antioxidant content present in olive oil help heal damaged hair by sealing the cuticle, or outer layer, with moisture. Olive oil can be used as a hot oil hair treatment to strengthen, add shine and restore moisture to very dry hair.

    1. Take sufficient  olive oil for the length of your hair in a bowl and warm it gently in microwave.
    2. Apply this warm oil gently over your scalps along the length of hairs.
    3. Massage it for 10 to 15 minutes.
    4. Cover your head with warm towel or piece of cloth and leave it overnight or at least for 30 minutes.
    5. Finally,wash your hairs with shampoo .
    6. This is  phenomenon is help full for nourishment of dry hairs.
    7. Apply it once a week..

     2.Massage in butter

    • This homemade remedy is used to treat dry,rough and brittle hairs.
    • A small amount of butter is used for this purpose it gives a natural shinning to your hairs.
    • Massage with butter to your dry hairs.
    • Than cover your head with shower cap and left it for 30 minutes.
    • Wash your hair with shampoo to remove butter.

     3. Eggs

    Eggs are also very helpful for dry and damaged hair. Egg yolk is one of the most used remedy for moisturizing               the dry hairs. Following methods are used to moisturize hair with egg:

    • Take two egg yolks
    • 1/2 cup of olive oil

    Mix them in a bowl and stir gently .Apply the mixture over the hairs and cover them with a piece of cloth.Left it for 1 hour.Finally wash your hairs with shampoo to rinse it off.

    In order to moisturize dry hairs we use egg in following manner :

    • Use egg whites.
    • separate the egg yolk from white part.
    • Than damp it over hairs and leave it for an hour.
    • wash it off.

     4.Aloe Vera

    Aloe vera is a natural moisturizer for skin and is a natural conditioner for hair.It use in following manner to        moisturize your hairs:

    Apply some aloe vera juice directly on hair. Wash it off after a few minutes.

     Another method is :

    • Take 4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel .
    • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
    • 3 tablespoons of yogurt.

    Mix all the content in a bowl and stir gently.Than,apply on hairs.

    5. Avocado

    1. The saturated fats, vitamins A and E, protein and various other minerals in avocado are highly beneficial for dry and damaged hair. Avocado also helps add moisture to dry hair shafts and strengthen your hair.
    • Take one mash ripe avocado
    • One teaspoon of each wheat-germ oil and jojoba oil.

    Make a paste by mixing both things and apply on freshly washed hairs from root to tip of hairs.Than,cover your head with shower cap and left it for half an hour .Shampoo your hairs to wash it off.Use this practice twice a week.

    6.Whip up an apple cider vinegar mask

    • Take tablespoon of apple vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 3 Egg whites

    Mix all the content in a bowl and stir it up gently.Rub the mixture on your hairs than,coverup your head with plastic bag or shower cap.After an hours rinse it off.
